Although the name is deceiving, a lady I work with has been doing it and has some pretty good success.  It's pretty strict for the first 10 days though.  After 30 days I think, you go back to eating normal but follow the "rules" one day a week.

If you can get a hold of it, I'd like to see it. I am really depressed about the weight I've put on over winter because hardly any of my summer clothes fit this year and I don't want to buy any bigger ones!

Me too and me either.  I'll get it from her tomorrow.  The only thing that makes me nervous is that any diet per se, well sort of disturbs your metabolism and the thought of gaining even more weight back makes me nervous.

I'll get it though and then we can see what's what.

I didn't forget about the diet....she's been out sick with the same virus I had.  I'll find out more about it this week for sure!

That's great, thanks very much. It had slipped my mind anyway. :) I've had a bug myself this week. There's definitely something doing the rounds! Unfortunately the weight didn't fall off me LOL.

Now you would think we at least deserve that! Sheesh, sometimes we just can't catch a break!

It's good that you can do diet because I can't. LOL :) It's hard if you are working almost all day plus doing some chores. I need so much carb because I can't work if I am hungry and I easily get hungry at work. :)

I find what's hardest is when you're only feet from the kitchen cupboards working! That's my downfall. It's too easy to start looking in the fridge and so on.

Ugh, boy did I struggle with that when I worked at home. That and napping...only feet away from the couch too!

Heck don't add more temptations to the mix! LOL. Food's bad enough. :) Did you ever get that diet from her?

Hi Robert, and while I agree completely, some people can do it forever. I can't imagine the long term effects on the body but I have a friend who has been doing it for 7 months now and I doubt she will ever stop.
