Hi Fiery!
I have one shortcut for an almost everyday task (for me anyway) and it has to do with how you file your pictures. I used to file all my images on my PC by month, but after compiling many photo books and personalized invitations, I found that organizing the files by family member, then by month, really helps to save time when I'm putting together a scrapbook. I believe you've got to find what works best for you, but maybe this will give some ladies an idea on how to better organize their photos.
