I get them, about one a year or so. I usually start with a little headache, then my stomach gets upset, and then whammo!
A few years ago I had an ocular migrain which was about the worst thing possible. I was seeing flashes and bright lights and felt like I was going blind. My Dr said they're brought on by stress.
Go figure.

I get the jagged lines flashing at the edge of my vision first, then the queasiness and pain. Been a long time since I had one, thankfully.
