How do you change the administrator and can you have more than one/

You can edit the member's profile and set the role to Administrator. You can have more than one administrator.

I have sent several emails and the information I am getting from you can not be done. I can not access "manage guest". I am the creator and administrator and i can not access the member area to perform the administrator duties. I would like for you to set it back as Harrison N. Ramsey, creator and administrator, and email me with a password so that I can access our family website. I await your reply and immediate assistance to resolve this matter.

Also, there should be another way of getting in contact with someone from this website besides emailing and not getting a rapid or immediate response. This is my second email today and my third of fourth all total with several response that are of no assistance to me. I would be like nice if you could call (513)293-3988 or email me with the precise instructions on how to get this accomplished. I have been locked out of our family website for two weeks.

If there is another administrator, they can set you to an administrator. Email or this forum is the only way to receive technical support at this time. For faster support, I recommend posting in the forum.

We have set Harrison as an administrator.
