We all know someone who “doesn’t look their age.” Most times we say this in a complimentary way, as in, “You’re forty-eight! Wow! You don’t look it!” And sometimes not so complimentary, “Would you believe she’s only thirty? I thought she was a lot older!”

i totally agree with this article.i have no intention of acting my age(57)i walk everyday,i go out with friends,do mountains of housework and ignore anyone who tells me i should take it easy now i'm in my fifties.i'm probably fitter and look younger than them and they don't like it.
