We all know someone who “doesn’t look their age.” Most times we say this in a complimentary way, as in, “You’re forty-eight! Wow! You don’t look it!” And sometimes not so complimentary,
“Would you believe she’s only thirty? I thought she was a lot older!”

i totally agree with this article.i have no intention of acting my age(57)i walk everyday,i go out with friends,do mountains of housework and ignore anyone who tells me i should take it easy now i'm in my fifties.i'm probably fitter and look younger than them and they don't like it.

Good for you lynn! Heck, it's your fifties, not your eighties. I've no intentions of slowing down when I hit mine and I'm in my mid forties. Hope we see you around the Family Lobby forum often! :)
