Well my goodness. I can't imagine this happening with a US airliner, then again American Airlines does still charge $15 for the 1st bag and $25 for the second.

The CEO of London based Ryanair wants to not only charge passengers about $1.65 for using the bathroom, but is also proposing that instead of using baggage handlers, the passengers can load it themselves.

He's been really dumb voicing that publicly. If that was his intention he should have added it to the cost of the ticket quietly and not drawn the consumers' ire. What an idiot.
Still, it must be worth the cleaning costs to seats to not give out free sick bags.  Look forward to the first lawsuit when someone either gets their luggage damaged, their clothes or puts their back out lifting bags.
