Well I'm always wondering what people think are the best so lets go with say top five for each?
Artists
1.Tupac
2.Biggie
3.Big L
4.Eminem
5.Rakim
Albums
1.Illmatic
2.Life After Death
3.Da Shinin
4.insert favorite pac album
5.Reflection Eternal
For artists I feel like biggie and pac could be reversed, I like biggie's flow better but pac actually has a meaning. For Albums Illmatic and reflection eternal are defintley top 2 but the last 3 i dunno, need some more time I guess. Post your favorites, I'm thinking this thread already exists though...

I think Eminem is the simply best rapper and no one can beat his rapper talent.
