I use facebook and my sister in law has set up an account for her business ... I think hers is set up like a fan page and links to her work on her website. now I need to check for sure - lol

Twitter you just sign up and then find it's not at all user friendly and don't go back. That's what the majority do (60%). Neilsen reported on that earlier in the year. I'm not a fan although I did sign up.
