My daughter was trying to access our family website from her cell phone and it wouldn't let her? Is there a trick to this? It wouldn't let her sign in.

The password cannot be blank. An administrator must enter a password for mobile phone access
We have an upgraded site already!!
Your online advice says to
In the security section, Administrators can set a password that users can use to log into the site with their cell phone. This gives the user read-only access to news, photos, phone numbers, members, music and more!
This you the ability to view the latest information on your site while you are on the road.
This is only available in upgraded sites.

Ok, I figured it out. I found where you put in a password so we will try it now and see if it works.

Well it seems I am having a problem with this same issue...
I have set the password for mobile access, but when you go to the log in page it still asks for a username and the password. The error messages says : that if I am having a problem logging in, send a login report to technical support by clicking (Here).
Is the member suppose to use their email address and the mobile log in password I created or are they suppose to leave the username portion blank and just use the mobile password to gain access?

If they are prompted for the their email address, they should use their regular login.
