I am getting pretty frustrated just trying to reach someone to find out why our website will not come up. When I go to bring it up, I get suggestions for websites. It's NEVER done this. I have tried and tried contacting you today but NO LUCK!!! Does anyone else have this problem? I would think there would be some sort of support available. Please let me know if this is the way it is going to continue to be so I can decide whether I want to try another website for our family. I have several very frustrated family members today as we have things going on that we would like to be able to access our website for.
Anyone else having trouble reaching a real person????? I have left messages and I've typed here in the forum and I've sent email messages but NO ONE has responded and we can not access our family site. Would love to know what is going on.
