That's what one sociology student and bride-to-be is doing for an experiment. You can read about it here. Could you do the same? Do you think it would help you "inside-out rather than the outside-in" and stop worrying about how you look? It's an interesting idea.

easy answer ... NOPE!

call me vain, but I can work on my inside while still making sure my extensions aren't obviously hanging obviously from my head - lol

You know what, I could see how you could do without having one at home but I don't see how you can avoid your reflection completely, which is a bit like cheating when you know you can always look in a storefront window and see yourself or accidentally catch yourself in the clothing dept's full length mirror in the store, or the car's rearview or side mirrors. Unless you plan to blindfold yourself too, I think it's impossible.
