That's what one sociology student and bride-to-be is doing for an experiment. You can read about it here. Could you do the same? Do you think it would help you "inside-out rather than the outside-in" and stop worrying about how you look? It's an interesting idea.

easy answer ... NOPE! call me vain, but I can work on my inside while still making sure my extensions aren't obviously hanging obviously from my head - lol

Unless you plan to blindfold yourself too, I think it's impossible.
