Hi,

First I wanted to thank you for the assistance provided regarding linked/delinked version of the family tree.  Thanks, it's much easier to manage.

I have a few questions/comments (these reference the delinked version of the tree):

- Is there a manual mode layout so that I can organize some of the members differently?  It would make it easier for some of the members to see/understand it better visually.

- Adding a parent.  I have a member whose parents are not married to one another.  I am able to add a parent. Then, if I need to add the other parent, I actually have to add them as a spouse. In this situation I have added a parent.  I have added a spouse.  However, I need to add a parent for this member who is not a spouse.  The option is not available.  Am I doing something incorrectly?

- Location:  I do not anticipate using the delinked version for addresses (those are listed in the member area for living relatives).  However, in the family tree there is no place for birth/death/marriage location.  I can add something under addresses and use the address for something it is not intended for (which I may do), however I still have to mouse over each individual in order to see the address.  This information is useful if the situation arises where family members may need to look in order to find birth/marriage/death certificates for proof of ancestry.

Thanks again for your assistance.  Please feel free to ask anything if I didn't explain this properly.

There is no way to change the layout manually. I apologize for the inconvenience.

There is the option to add a Spouse/Partner. You are not declaring them as being married when you do this.

We would like to add a description field which will allow users to enter additional information related to the member.

Thank for your reply regarding the family tree.  I have another question.

We have three admins on the site.  About a month ago we moved all the videos we had posted under Files and Music to Videos.  Then removed the Files and Music (and just kept Videos).

Things were fine.  Today we changed the theme and noticed that the videos that we posted under Videos are gone.  Not exactly sure when it happened.  Do you have any suggestions/tips to prevent us from doing that again?

How many videos are missing? I would recommend logging out if you have someone else staying with you that may use the site.
