Just wondering. I keep buying them and keep being disappointed BUT I did find a delicious honey chicken from Boston Food Market I think it was called. It's got potatoes in a cheese sauce on the side and was very tasty. There's enough sauce that you could have some rice with it. I ate two in a row LOL. Heck, portion sizes are a joke in ready meals.

Neither am I really but some nights they're heaven sent when I don't have enough hours in the day. I had this really nice Sam's Choice Skillet Meal last night - Maple Bourbon Beef with Sweet Potatoes and Carmelised Onions. You just defrost it and then cook the beef (it's raw), add the veggies and put in the glaze last. I fried up an onion seperate to add into it and mixed that in so it got glazed too and served it with mash and mixed veg. It was very good! It says it serves 4 but there was just about enough for the three of us. The beef was very good quality and plenty of it. I made it earlier in the day and kept it warm in the crockpot. One of the few days I was on top of that LOL. I enjoyed it all the more because it was on sale from $8 to $4, which was why I got it to try. I've got two more versions to try, one is a Thai style coconut chicken with rice and the other a Mediterranean chicken with olives, tomatoes and feta cheese. I'm looking forward to them since that was a good one.

Oh, that does sound good! I have not had much luck at all with frozen dinners. I like to cook so it's mostly okay, but there are days when I would like to just relax and have something quick. Thanks for the info, I'll give those a try for sure!

Just to report back, both the Thai and the Mediterranean chicken were very good. If I was making it again I'd buy two packs of the chicken versions to make because one wasn't quite enough for us three.Overall very tasty though! :) I forgot how much I love feta cheese.

Actually I still have some of the feta cheese left over because there was a good bagful of it and the guys turned their noses up at sprinkling that on top. You'll enjoy it. :)
