Every Halloween I'm so tempted to carve a pumpkin but I haven't a clue what to do with the pumpkin insides! The closest I get is a can of pumpkin pie filling LOL. Any recipes that you've tried? I've never had pumpkin any other way.

The only thing I do is bake the seeds with salt! MMMMM

They have seeds in them? I didn't know that LOL. Just call me Emeril.

Lol, yes...pumpkin seeds!  Didn't you ever eat those as a kid?  They're usually white because they're covered in salt.  I used to eat them so often that my tongue would prune up from the salt, lol

Oh yum.....roasted pumpkin seed are SOOOO good!

Unfortunately....the seeds are the only thing I've ever used.  LOL 

I'm sure it's as easy as pulling out your blender/food processor and throwing in the pumpkin.  Use as you would the canned stuff.  I make breads and cookies processing zucchini that way.

Nope, never had them in my life. I'm calling my parents right now to tell them I was deprived.
