I was just talking to a couple of coworkers about how hard it is to stay in shape and have a large family like I have and one of them showed me a vide that the marketing company we work for came up with. It's on YouTube:
I was instantly chuckling lol. The lady from biggest loser is in it and the whole thing is done very tongue-in-cheek. It shows people working out with kitchen appliances and it's called strong as steel.
I found it cute so hopefully you guys will as well.
