And I believe it because cold sores run in my family!

Oddly enough my Mom and ex husband got them but I never did, that is until 4 years ago. I got my first one and haven't had any since. SO weird!

I get them when I'm very stressed. They are few and far between now, maybe twice a year but when I do they are enormous. When I was young I got them more often.
