We have a domain with you ( beanandbedelia.com ) and we can't get to the site. I was able to get to the site by requesting a new password and clicking on the link from there. I checked and made sure that our status was "paid" and annual payment is due 12/25/12. Thanks for your time
I terribly apologize for the inconvenience. The domain renewal process is not in synch with the annual billing. This caused the delay in the site being available. Please let us know if you are still having problems.
