Hi,
I've set up e-mail accounts on our site with account names and passwords. I am trying to send/receive email with the new accounts through the website but without much success. Am I missing a step?

1) Go to Security area and then create account
2) Add account name and password, then press submit
3) Go to email box and setup accounts
4) enter POP3 which is our website domain
5) enter account name and password and press save

I keep getting a login failure.

I need to send emails to individuals using our domain email account.

Thanks very much for your help. I really like the family lobby websites, they are so easy to use.

Thank you for the compliment. What error are you receiving?

Please send an email to sales and someone can give you a call about the problem.

I'm receiving the error: Login failed! We have one account setup that we use. But I noticed we can have up to 20 email accounts. We are in the middle of a project and I wanted to email distribution list with an email account from our website.

What is the email for sales?

Thanks!

sales @ support.com

I recommend trying to connect from Outlook Express or Microsoft Mail and see if you receive an error.
