I never even thought about yogurt. I used to eat it all the time too but then I went off it after having had it too much. I've never tried the frozen version, is it good? I like sherbet and I think that's pretty low fat but no one else does. Preserves instead of jelly, really? I'd have thought they were about the same. I hate Hershey's so no chocolate kisses. Thanks for the suggestions, Christine, keep them coming! Can't help you on the chicken but have you tried the wee rice cakes with cheese flavor? They're usually where the diet bars are and pretty good! I like the caramel ones myself and had forgotten about them.

Speaking of rice cakes if you put cottage cheese on them (the kind with diced pineapple) it tastes just like dessert! I know it doesn't sound good but it is yummy! I don't like ice cream but I have to say fat free frozen yogurt tastes just like any ice cream I have ever had. I'll keep thinking...I'm sure I can come up with more. Flavored oatmeal is another....

I love cottage cheese with pineapple! Mandarins too are tasty in it. Usually I buy a fresh one to have with it. I'll give the frozen yoghurt a try the. I'm yet to find a flavored oatmeal I like though. Thanks for the help, Christine.

Greek Yogurt is amazing. When we think of being healthy, we often think of foods that don’t taste so great, recently the Social Media Marketing company I work for started a campaign for Dannon Activia and their new Yogurt selections. Having tried these I can genuinely say they've become my favorite low calorie additions to my diet. For those who haven't tried the brand, Activia is a delicious, creamy yogurt it contains Bifidus Regularis, which helps naturally regulate your digestive system as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Now Dannon Activia Selects lets you visit Europe from your kitchen by bringing the true taste French and Greek-style yogurt to you in a cup. Also here is a coupon Dannon is offering for if you want to try out these new products:http://www.facebook.com/activia

Thanks Relaxin2k9! I saw this on another site the other day. I go through phases where I eat lots of yoghurt then I don't touch it for months. Right now I'm in the eating phase so your timing's good! Thanks again. :)

If you like a mousse type texture, try the whipped yoghurt from Yoplait. You'd never know it was yoghurt if you hadn't read it on the packaging. My husband's like you. He won't even try it.
