Helloo, I live in the suburbs and cats are sort of. a minor problem ,My problem is,(and I pray someone can help) SQUIRRELS ! I am an avid gardener. I plant flowers, veggies, berries, etc. which the squirrels completely ignore. It's my fruit trees! I have an apple tree( golden delicious)and a peach tree, that I grew from a seed .They both produce great -looking fruit, however I have yet to actually taste an apple or peach, and oh yeah I forgot to mention the pecan tree-because the squirrels start raiding the trees from late spring into the fall.and to think I used to think they were so cute! Now I just want them gone! Any Ideas??

Is there sort of aluminum guard you can put around the tree?  I know my father had some luck with those, but then the squirrels outsmarted it...he did a few good years though.

Glad to hear it. :) Speaking of cats, I saw a huge one last night! I thought it was a dog LOL. I was out with our Jack Russell and saw it coming towards us in the dusk. I was saying "hey puppy!" until I realized it was a giant cat! I've never seen one so big. It was a lot bigger than my dog.
