We have a heat index of 110 and it feels like it! Phew, you can't step outside hardly. The last week's been awful and playing havoc with my allergies, even with the meds. We're under a heat advisory all day today until 7PM tonight which says it will go over the 110 degrees. I'm melting! [>:]If this is June, imagine what the next two months are going to be like.

yikes!  it has been a mild june here so far - very uncommon, but I'm sure it's gonna bake soon so I am enjoying it while I can.  my tan is coming late this summer, but so far it looks pretty good - lol

Oh, I miss my tan!  We have had nothing but days and days of rain, drear and mugginess...blecht.  I am starting to think the sun will never shine here again, or when it does it will be 100 degrees!

We have the humidity to deal with as well. Give me a dry heat anyday, honestly. I dread to think what the AC bill will be this month! [>:]

It is gorgeous here in New England today! It's only 69 degrees here and sunny and wonderful!  [:D]

I haven't seen the 60s or 70s with the exception of early mornings in a couple of weeks, but with a brand new pool, it's nice to have an excuse to use it :)  of course, my doctor has ordered me to stay OUT of the sun until my incision has healed ... I asked him "hello?  did you not see the tan lines??"  [:'(]  small price to pay, I suppose

Yay on the pool and boo on the incision! What did I miss? What did you get done (if it's okay to ask)?

My dad had to try shower and keep his wound from the heart bypass dry as well until it healed right. Not an easy task at all. Last thing he needed to worry about was sun though, it being done in Feb. :)
