So my Dr strongly recommeneded I go off Tylenol PM forever! It has been four days and I feel better! I tried to find why online because all he said was it has an "agent" in it that can cause memory loss, anxiety, heart palpatations and all the other symptoms I am experiencing. I am hoping that it is this, or least partly this, that has been adding to my bad mood. I have been taking it for years and was nervous that I wouldn't be able to sleep, but I have!! =) Has anyone ever heard of this problem? Or taken it for a long time like me?

I spoke to him today and he confirmed that they will pass, and that I lucky that I didn't have worse side effects. He said it's the PM part of it, and although the Tylenol part is bad, it is the PM that can cuase mood swings, headaches, and more. Glad I found out now...I guess...

Yes, for sure. I flushed it all down the toilet and have been sleeping better than ever and actually feeling a little better too! Go figure.

You don't need them, Christine. I think what you need is to do a bit of soul-searching. Don't know why I said that but there you go. :)

I have found that as well ... letting go is so easy, but so difficult ... and yet it's amazing the benefits it holds. I have been trying to explain this to a friend of mine ... she takes on SO much stress that she can do nothing about, and I am watching it eat away at her. I feel heartless sometimes, but I keep trying to help her weed out what she should and should not give importance to. for instance, the other day she was biting her nails waiting for me to call her about something I was going through. she called me every 20 minutes wanting results that I didn't have, then she was almost angry at me because I wasn't as stressed out as she was. I told her that nothing I could say or do would make the results come back quicker, or even CHANGE the results, so why should I stress out over it? the doctor would call me when she had the chance, but only after the results had been brought to her and only after she had some open time in her own busy schedule. I refuse to put my day on hold for something I cannot control. I told her it was absurd for HER to put her day on hold and her body in turmoil for something she had even LESS control over than I did! lol I honestly wasn't even thinking about the tet results myself, but she was pissing me off with the constant interruptions - that was where I felt heartless, but sheesh!
