Okay, I thought this kind of thing was never supposed to happen these days with all the monitoring that goes on. Someone will be in deep trouble over this.

I know, it's incredible isn't it! No doubt it will all come out in a full investigation and heads will roll.

This actually happened to my aunt...she left with the wrong baby and the hospital called her two days later telling her so. [;)] She was beside herself to say the least! This was in the 80s so since then the hospital implemented a lot of measures to make sure it never happened again.

Wow, that must have been crazy!  I don't know what I would do.  So she returned the baby and got hers? That must have felt weird for a long time...
