I was reading they'll probably be introducing a paid subscription service instead of it being free. Shame! I thought that was a great idea. My connection's not fast enough to watch tv there myself but I always had it on my wishlist should I even get a fast one.

I'm loving Hulu now I have the fast connection! Have you seen Kitchen Nightmares? It's a hoot. Of course I remember when Gordon Ramsay was a professional soccer player in Scotland for Rangers. My dad always said he was a right bad tempered dirty player back then even though he was very good.

Seems gourmet cooking hasn't improved his temperament. It's so weird for me to see him doing that! It would be like you guys watching Dog The Bounty Hunter become a macrame expert. [:(]

I love hulu!  I watch it all the time.  I usually try to catch up on Destination Truth and whatever House episodes I can.

I kind of thought it would only be a matter of time before they started charging. [;)]

Hopefully they'll offer an ad -supported free version like there is now and an ad-free paid version. I don't want to lose it now I've just found it LOL. :)Good to see you around, Thelma!

I had to check it out this week with the talk you ladies have had about it and I am already addicted and subscribed!!
there are a couple of shows that I wanted to catch that are on at the same time as other shows I like (and I don't do tivo or dvr), so it was nice to see them ... flashforward was one that I was very anxious to see, but comes on when my girls and I watch vampire diaries.  I almost missed the season premiere of ghost whisperer, so it was great to be able to catch all of them before the season got too far ahead of me.  I try to catch free episodes on itunes as well - but they usually only have the pilots.

Flashforward is great! I also discovered Glee, Lie to Me and Fringe. It's got Ghost Whisperer??? Uh oh, there goes my afternoon LOL. I need to go find it and watch it in peace without hubby cackling over my shoulder. I must look for Most Haunted too and see if it's there.

He was watching The Dresden Files last night while I was making dinner and it sounded pretty cool, about a modern day wizard that's a private investigator. I am enjoying see him relax for the first time in a long time instead of getting home and diving straight into working on the websites. It's doing him good. :)

What I really like diane is you can watch on after another and not have to wait a week. Some of them have loads of episodes like Kitchen Nightmares but some expire after so long...I think the Office is one that only has 5 at a time.

We were watching some old stuff too like Bob Newhart. Rhoda I'll have to watch alone because hubby doesn't like that.

Add ModernFamily to that list. It reminds me of The Office the way it's filmed. I thought it was really funny so if you've not seen it yet, try it. Though don't blame me if you don't like it because hubby says I have a weird sense of humor. Just because I laughed really hard at the guy getting hit in the face with the motorized model airplane.  [:D]

I love Hulu. It reminded me of all the shows that I forgot about.

House is so good! I only started watching it a few weeks ago and love it. It's so funny to see Hugh Laurie in that role to me because I'm used to seeing him in Blackadder, an old comedy show with Rowan Atkinson, which I loved. He plays the prince who is as dumb as a box of rock. Blackadder is the smart guy in the mix. :)

You can hear Hugh's real accent, which is an upper class English one, and see a clip of him in that here:

Kash, it's like a time machine isn't it? [:(] I haven't watched TV for any length of time for years and now I'm getting into all these shows again LOL. If you like animal rescue type shows, watch Dog Town. There's only a handful of episodes but they're good.
