Hearing the truth hurts, that's her problem. You would think she'd stop and think through what you're saying instead of jumping into defensive mode...until she does that you'll be fighting a losing battle I fear. Instead of whining she could do something to show that she can do better.

Yes, I agree.  I decided that whats best for me is to pull back.  I would not and do not tolerate this behavior from my own friends or family and she is no different.  I have nothing to say to her except that she needs to put up or shut up.

I will only look at actions going forward, not excuses, pity parties or poor me blues.  I am done.  She needs to grow up and take some responsibility for the upbringing of HER son.
