If your website has been possibly made inactive and family lobby is not accepting your personal e-mail address and you are using the right e-mail address....what do you do to get to your website. Tech. Support said for me to click forget but I still can't get to my website b/c family lobby is not taking my e-mail address to reset my password to my website.
very frustrated and need help asap.
