I have sent several emails and the information I am getting from you can not be done. I can not access "manage guest". I am the creator and administrator and i can not access the member area to perform the administrator duties. I would like for you to set it back as Harrison N. Ramsey, creator and administrator, and email me with a password so that I can access our family website. I await your reply and immediate assistance to resolve this matter.
Also, there should be another way of getting in contact with someone from this website besides emailing and not getting a rapid or immediate response. This is my second email today and my third of fourth all total with several response that are of no assistance to me. I would be like nice if you could call (513)293-3988 or email me with the precise instructions on how to get this accomplished. I have been locked out of our family website for two weeks.
