I'd love to see it but our cinema's a bit out of the way. Is it worth the trip?

Not for me, lol.  I've heard that people leave crying and sleep with the light on for days and weeks.  I think it's awesome if you don't scare easily, but I would never sleep again!

Heck, I don't believe hype like that anymore. Too many times I've went to see so-called scary movies that weren't. Cape Fear was supposed to be and I was unimpressed. Ditto Blair Witch. I couldn't tell you the last time I saw a movie that genuinely scared me.

I think if I hadn't been expected to be REALLY scared I would have been more scared if you know what I mean. [:(] I don't like being ready to be terrified and then not. Yes, I'm weird LOL.

I heard it was super scary!  Too scary for me...I think our house is haunted anyways...

I saw it - and as much as I hate to admit it - I watched it online, for FREE. I know, bad bad BAD. I just don't have time to get to a theater and when I do I usually concede to whatever the 10 and 6 year olds can agree on.
It was creepy tho.

I think I'm growing out of creepy stuff. Real life is creepy enough LOL. One thing I've never had a problem with is seeing ghosts so maybe that's why I'm not too excited about that one.

paranormal activities isn'tabout seeing ghosts, per se. it's more about a haunting and toying with the unknown without realizing the possible consequences.

and yeah, it was creepier online, Christine! lol and it had a different ending than the one being shown in theaters out here. my daughter watched it online after seeng it in the theater and she even said the feel of the movie was different.
