I have posted my question on the family forum and have been instructed to contact technical support. I have sent 3 emails to techinical support and on 3 separted dates within the last two weeks and i have not received a response from technical support. I read that it is up to 12 hour turn around and to look in spam. I have checked my spam folder and I have not received any response, nor any response in my inbox. I want to roll out the website to all of my family members, but i cant do it while although they are restricted members can still see other members email addressess in their member area when they send an invite to the website. I need to know the fix asap. thanks
