ORIGINAL: Thelma Oh yeah.....to cook them you just bring a pot of water to a boil, drop in the gnocchi's and as soon as they come to the surface they are done. (A very quick minute or two) Top with spaghetti sauce and serve. I reckon I could manage that! Thanks Thelma. :)

Do they store in the freezer for a long time Thelma? I tried freezing cooked mashed potato before and it just didn't taste right when I thawed and reheated it.

ORIGINAL: ChristineB I was wondering that too. I still haven't made them. We had crab legs last night and I was going to use them for that but we had so many crab legs we didn't need a side. MMMMM I wouldn't know what to do with crab legs. They always look so good too at the fish counter but I only ever have them if we dine out. I'm a rotten cook. If it's not foolproof, I'll be guaranteed to ruin it and those aren't cheap.

Don't forget to tell me how you did the crab legs, Christine! I'd would love to give them a try if it's fairly foolproof.

They are totally foolproof! All I do is boil them for about 12 minutes, that's it! You can steam them too so when you crack them less water comes out. I melt butter and dip them in that, or you can dip in cocktail sauce. MMMM

I need to squeeze that in before diet time because I like the butter with them. I've already given up on doing much cutting down before Jan 1st.
