When attempting to post a newsletter, the "send to all" does not work (I have to click each member seperately to add them to the send box). Also, some members are reporting that they are receiving the newsletter more than once in there inbox (in some cases this is because a child or spouse shares their same email, but not all). Is there something that I can do to correct this issue?

I had the same problem yesterday---------I hit send to all------and a message came up saying time had elapsed and invalid e-mail address listed-------so I tried again-----Same thing came up----I had it set to send to all and individual e-mails to each of my 70 members, which I have done for the past year with no problems-------after about 6 tries, it finally went through without that message coming through, which I forwarded to Tech Support-------I did not receive any reply from Tech Support; but some of my members got 7 copies of the Newsletters, some got six and others just received one-------So there must have been some kind of glitch in the e-mail forward system if it was not only to my members, but to this other website's members as well-------I received about eight e-mails from members who's inbox I loaded up with repeat Newsletters, so I had to issue and apology via another Newsletter which went through fine and also listed the apology on my Home Page----My next Newsletter goes out this Friday----I hope that, this problem is fixed by then; but I know now, not to hit the send button more then once, and should it occur again, to contact Support once more and hope that does not have to be done---------Your site is great and I have renewed my website forum for another year----This is the first Major problem I have had----------JoeR from Pepe-Joe's New York Memories & More

Still not fixed. Send to all seemed to work, but it didn't actually send. It finally timed out of the session and the newsletter was lost.

Same with my Newsletters---I have to keep hitting send then a time restriction pops up and says invalid e-mail------I have cut my newsletters down to one a week instead of twice a week, as many members are getting as many as 7 copies----so apparently some are being sent out, while others are not being sent out----and it has nothing to do with same e-mail addresses for Family members------Everything was fine up until a month ago----There's some kind of bug in your Newsletter e-mail system

How many people are you emailing at the same time? Try unchecking the option to send them individually.

We have made changes to the code to attempt to resolve the issue. Please try again.
