How terrible this is! The psychiatrist on the base did it. I can't imagine what pushed him to that. Already 13 are reported dead.

If you look into his history I am shocked that he was even allowed near anyone! According to recent reports he was unstable and had posted violent terrorist threats and information on his blog. How is someone like this around weapons? Not to mention others looking for help...

Never mind how was he allowed near anyone, how did he get into the army in the first place if that's the case!
