Lol, wow!  Awesome!  I went surfing today...although it was nowhere near that warm!  The air temp hit about 54 and I'm scared to think what the water was...40 maybe?  Urgh...was a nice, quite, relaxing day.  I even wrote an essay about it.  Check it out on my website, let me know what you think!  Please!

Here's this week's results

Start Weight (Jan 10) : 177.
Today's Weight: 170

Loss/Gain this week:  -1

Overall Gain/Loss :   - 7



Goal Weight: 130.

Mood: Was hoping for two, but one will do fine! [:D] I noticed my jeans were looser this week. I need to be a lot more patient about this deal though and keep to my expectations of a pound here and there coming off slowly.

Start Weight: 156

Last Week: 153.8

Today's Weight: 152 (down 1.8 pounds)

Total lost: 4 pounds

cut 2 days of walking short and skipped this morning entirely (but I had a very good reason - Roxie was receiving some school awards).  I'm just excited there was ANY loss since last weekend was a "girls weekend" and we ate all our meals OUT and then I spent wednesday afternoon with some good friends at lunch.  I guess all my planning around the slips paid off.

to reward myself, I ordered some new shirts and pants for our summer vacation because at this rate I should easily be back in my faves =)

4 POUNDS!!!!! WOW!!!! You're an inspiration to us all. Congrats! :) That's a big step towards your goal indeed. Never mind the shorts, you'll have a bikini bod by summer LOL. [:(]

ha!  this bod hasn't been in a bikini in YEARS!  that's a scary thought - but being comfortable in a one piece - ÜBER modest - suit will be good enough.

Me neither. I wouldn't want to frighten children with the stretch marks LOL. I think the last time I wore one I was about twenty. Swimsuits are so expensive now, aren't they? For all they are too! I've got bigger handkerchiefs than some of them. [:(]

swimsuits are insane!  but we shop cheap - target - lol.  I do pay a little more for mine, but I expect them to do a little more as well!  I need them to cover, hold, lift and stay put [:'(]

all my limbs are intact [:'(]  hoping for smaller versions of them is all.  I really need something to blast the belly bulge for hawaii :(  I don't want to have to go another year wearing my fat cinchers on vacation.

Oooo, hawaii. You lucky thing. [:D] I was putting off admitting I've gained two pounds this week. I knew I should have put on last week and didn't so it's showing in the scales now. All my fault though and no excuses. Pathetic really how bad I am at resisting food.

Minus 5 is amazing!!!!  You have to be realistic too, some weeks you'll want a little more, as long as you know it and keep weighing in, you'll chip away it,,,,I have faith in you!! Remember...you can't manage what you can't measure!  [:D]
