Start Weight: 156

Last Week: 149.5

Total lost: 6.5

I can't be upset about it this week - I wasn't feeling well and I tend to comfort myself with yummies - lol.  on to a new and better week, right Kay?

Hello, May I weigh in on the weigh in? I don't have any numbers yet. I'm summoning up the courage to get on the scale! I made Easter dinner today with all the trimmings, turkey, dressing, giblet gravy, greenbeans, potatoe salad, key lime cake and sweet potatoe pie: and even though my youngest is 24 ,I still made colored eggs (tradition, I guess) Anyhow, tomorrow is a new day! I will hit the walking trail@ 7am.

Hi southern girl!  I don't do the weigh in because I have meds that made me gain so I don't go by the scale, but I do check in often and I'm sure everyone would love to have you onboard!

It is great to have motivation!

PS I colored eggs too, lol!

Yes, of course you can! Everybody's welcome to join in. You don't even need to tell us your weight. You can just say I lost x or I gained y, or stayed the same or whatever. It's all about the support.

Just don't look to me as a good example LOL. That's dianerene's corner. I'm the slacker.
