good for you, Kay! that is awesome!! I, on the other hand, suffered from a new diet headache ALL WEEK LONG. and I gave into it by eating anything and everything. my current stats (as of friday) starting weight 156 current weight 157 :( gain 1 pound goal weight 140 so I gained a pound. I did, however, find a new 12 day program (on kindle for FREE) that I am going to start this week. it is a major food overhaul for me (that scares me) and a total workout program (that doesn't scare me as much - lol). I have to buy some resistance bands today so that I can get rolling, but we shall see how it works :)
