Hello, When members are not showing up on the tree, this typically means that two different sides of the family were added to the site. The tree will not generate correctly because in-laws cannot have their own tree. If the in-laws had their own tree, they would end up being listed on the tree as in-laws instead of direct relatives. Results will vary if you attempt to show the same member on multiple trees. The tree also cannot handle multiple starting points. The tree must start with the direct relatives. If you would like to show the in-laws side of the tree, you will have to add an additional member with the same name and specify them as a direct relative.
