Is anyone else feeling the heat?  Here in new England we have shattered all kinds of records!  It was been well over 90 degrees all week and yesterday it reached 103!  Ugh...good thing we blew up our lil pool!

We were at 95 today but it felt a lot hotter than that! I could hardly get a breath outside.

YUCK!  I can't stand that feeling.  It has been raining and dreary but humid...which is gross.

Here comes our heat!  Supposed to be well in the 90's this weekend!  Ugh...that's too hot for me.  Glad we put our AC in finally!

We've been in the high 80's and mid 90's for the last month. The AC was fired up long ago. Tomorrow we're looking at 94 and today it felt like 97. We'll be in triple figures soon!

We're one degree off a record high today. If it hits 99 I'm going to camp out in the freezer until Fall.

And it's not even officially the start of summer until Monday!

Way hot here too!  We have a small air conditioner trying to cool at least one room so I can take my head out of the freezer and be social.

We're at 95, feels like 100. I couldn't sleep last night because there's not a bit of moisture in the air. We've not had a good rain for over a month now. We should have a storm on Thursday. Fingers crossed they're right!

Hope you got it, we sure didn't!  They predicted a massive storm and we didn't even see a drop of rain.  I guess just south of us got hit pretty hard though.  Oh well, at least it's Friday.  It has been a LONG week.

We were the same, rain was forecast and we didn't get a drop until tonight when it rained for a measly 10 mins. More's on the cards for tomorrow. Here's hoping.

We've got a heat index of 110 degrees today. It's so humid out there I don't even like going to get the mail at the end of the drive! We've been suffering this all week and no signs of it letting up anytime soon.

I'm jealous. Ours hasn't let up and we've got another few days of 110 heat indexes tomorrow and Tuesday. I'm beginning to forget what rain looks like! My poor grass is all burned up. The yard's far too big to water it all though. It would cost a fortune. Only my flower bed is getting that luxury treatment and even it's looking pretty sad. I hope we have a pleasant Fall and mild Winter to make up for this long hot summer.

My grass actually hurts to walk on it's so dry!    We have cooled down though, rain expected every day...don't care though, still surfing on Tuesday.  Sharks Beware!
