Hello,

I'm really glad that you are enjoying the website. The footer is based on the section header colors. So any change to the header colors will affect the footer. It should not be different. If the colors are completely different from your website, please let us know.

Thank you so much for your prompt response. Yes the colors of the header and links is completely different,  specially the background of the letter is dark green and the fonts are black with a flowered border, I have to manually change the background to lighter background and a colored font. Needless to say, the automatic footer font is BLACK and the site link is blue on a blue background, when hover on it doesn't turn red.
Is there a way to send you a sample? I sincerely thank you for your attention.
Lisa

I apologize for the delay. You can send a sample email to support. I did run a test and could not reproduce the problem of the footer.

In the preview page when you are typing in the email address, do you see this also?

The recipients are most likely blocking images in the emails. This is probably causing the different look. Have them enable their images for emails.

We including myself have images enabled, this is not the problem, I even tried sending from a different PC sending myself a news letter and getting the same results, black fonts on a dark background, I sent you a print screen of that news letter. Please check it out.
Thanks a million Nona

There must be a problem with the background image appearing in the email. You most likely will need to remove the background to prevent this from happening. Unfortunately, there is no way to force the background to appear.

Hello,

I'm admin on the same site Nona has problems with. The problem is that the script which generates the newsletter (once "Send" is pressed on the newsletter preview page) changes the font color. On the preview page everything looks fine, but the newsletter that arrives in recipient's emails has an erroneous font color. The font color should be #ffffff but it shows up as #000000 (in the email). This is a significant problem. Please advise once this is resolved or if you require further information to pinpoint the problem.

I will see what can be done, but I was advised that the preview is exactly what is sent.

I (and Nona) advised you that the preview is not exactly what gets sent. I appreciate your efforts to look into it.

I am not management, but have seen similar complaints in other forums lately.

I have no idea if this is similar to your problems, and they dont really offer a solution.

Good luck
Dave
