I confirmed that the notification has been sent out for the comment on the news post. We cannot guarantee that copying/pasting will always work probably. It will depend on how the copy stores the information in the operating systems clipboard. You can try using the "Paste HTML" button to paste text or information into the editor. This tends to clean up the information being pasted.

Okay, great. I am waiting on someone besides myself, to post and verify. I have an example to show you, but there is not a "add attachment" and the only option to "Paste" is "Paste." I just tried it. Other suggestions?

There is a toolbar in the editor, which allows you to perform different options. Please make sure the editor is enabled for you.

Look in your profile>settings in the member area and be sure there is a check in "Use the HTML editor for news posts, discussions and recipes".  Then SAVE.  With that checked you should see the tool bar along the top of all the comment boxes
