well i dont think tht students should have cell phones in class because its disruptive also because they could use it to cheat. >:0

Yes like duh! why shouldn't we have cell phone people should trust us enough to have them and so what if we cheat teachers should know better not to let them use them during test!

we shiuld allow cell phones in class cause u will never kno when there's a fire in a school or a accident when we go on a field trip so we do need our phones in class or other activties cause there might be a accident in a field trip....^_^

yes dude i agree student must have the cell phones.... In the case of kidnapping of a children can call the police or can contact the parents just by one click or if the studnt is unable to call the police can easily track the phone nd they can easily find the child... I think the students must allowed the phones..

because you might walk in to something you can not get your self out of and it will help you when you have your cell phone just take it out and text your mom or something

I think phones should be allowed at school but not in class, people who just say cause its cool or because you'll die without 1 just gives people another reason to get rid of phones not keep them! Phones can only be used for emergencies at school and/or after school, and it might be another distraction but then again safety always comes first!!!p.s why should teachers have the right to keep their phones if the students cant have one, I've seen alot of teachers just use their phone during a lesson!!!
