I think that students should not have any cellphones because it sucks the life out of them.Remember education always comes first. If the teacher sets a simple task they won't know what to do. They won't be able to learn a lesson that has been taught already.

I think yes. If they get their phone taken away, it's their fault!

Please write using correct grammar when posting comments. Also, I believe cell phone use should be prohibited because it allows for distraction during class. The students are at the school to learn, not "tweet." If you have to bring something to school, it should be a book.

If you ask me if a child should have a cell phone, I will answer yes without any hesitation. I think children today need a cell phone simply for safety sake. There are phone plans and parental restrictions to suit all needs. In today’s world, a cell phone is a necessity for any child old enough to be able to use it in an emergency.

I think students should have cell phones during school because that will teach them responsibility.

I think that students shouldn't use cell phones in class because they can get too distracted in class. While the class is learning, somebody might be playing a video game, might be on face book, or watching a you tube video.
