When new member request a log in... There was a block that came up asking if this is a new member or exiting member? This block does not come up now. What happen to it????

It only appears if the email address or name matches an existing member.

The name was same as what was in member section, and it still added name again.

The validation has not changed. It may be case sensitive and expects an exact match. The names may have been slightly different.
