Over a month ago I e-mailed you for help regarding a major problem with our family website. When attempting to insert an obituary for a recently deceased family member that had been copied from the website of a funeral home, our entire Home Page (which was quite extensive) was replaced with only a segment of the obituary. I was unable to correct the problem and restore the Home Page that had taken months to develop. At that time I had asked if there was any chance that you had archives in which our Home Page might have been saved. I also asked if there was any way that the page could be restored to a previous poiunt in time. Unfortunately, I have had no response from your firm despite repeated weekly requests for help. When attempting to contact you through your Home Pages I kept getting messages that the addresses that I had entered were not recognized. This is the first time I'm addressing you for help through this avenue. PLEASE RESPOND. I am at a loss for what I need to do to get our site back to what it used to be. Thank you!

We always respond to the emails. We recommend checking your junk email for responses. There is no archive of the changes that you made that we can restore. Where are you getting a message stating "the addresses that you entered were not recognized". Please specify exactly what you would like us to do and we will try to help within our means.

Thank you for your prompt response. You responded to THIS e-mail sent through your forum, but I did not receive any responses to any of the previous weekly e-mails that I sent to you via my AOL account regarding this problem. Also, I never received a response within 12 hours to the first attempt sent through your Web Site, and yes, I did check in my Junk Mail and Spam Folders to see if any of your responses were directed there. It was from that first contact page of your Web Site that I received the messages that neither of my addresses were recognized, but since then apparently my ACWsHome address has been recognized. After posting my problem on the forum messageboard last night I went back to our Website, highlighted the obituary that had replaced the material of our Family Web Site's Home Page and deleted it. This restored the vast majority of the material on our Home Page. Now, the only material that was lost was the text of the "What's New?" section of the page. Hopefully, I will be able to rewrite an updated version of much of it from memory and/or by using paper copies of e-mails from which information was derived in composing the originals. Again, THANKS SO MUCH for your response! Now that I know that you have no archives, I will begin saving backup copies of any future text

I'm sorry that you have to go through the trouble to rewrite some of the items on the page. We will try to do what we can to help on anything in the future. If the emails are not working for you, please go ahead and post your questions here and we will try to address them.
