In so many foods they add too much salt. I saw this to be true even in baby food. We need to cut down on salt.

Yes there is too much Sodium in the foods we eat, but we can cut back. Watch what you buy and eat will help.

But, but I love salt!    Sometimes I think if I hung a salt lick at my desk I would be happy!

I love salt too. I eat too much but hey, life's too short to worry about everything. LiteFlame, welcome to Family Lobby.
