Ok here is my problem, it seems everytime that I get into a room that has air conditioning I seem to get a sinus cold.  It only lasts a few days but it is enough to drag me down, and make me misserable.  Is it possible that the air condidition has something to do with it?  OR is it all in my head?

air conditioning and heating give me problems with my allergies.  In my own home we change the filters monthly.  Might want to ask the doctor for an allergy panel - they can run tests on all types of allergens and then give you a seasonal allergy medication.

that sometimes happens to me too.  I think it may have something to do with the dust too, it always stirs that up.  This is a wicked bad year for mold spores too.  I've been sneezing for days and days.

I think if you get the air ducts cleaned professionally every so often it helps plus change the filter regularly. Some years allergies just seem worse than others and for me this is one of those years. Welcome, reallifearmywife09. :)
