With Thomas the Tank Engine! I like this freebie a lot. :) It's an Australian site but you can download a PDF version and print it. It's aimed at 3-6 year olds.

Speaking of being safe crossing a road, my sister and I both were knocked down on two separate occasions by cars because we didn't pay attention. She was only young and it was winter. She had her duffel coat hood up and didn't hear the lollipop lady at the school crossing to tell her to stop. Walked right in front of a car.

I was getting off a bus at about nine years old. My house was right across the road and instead of waiting until it left and I could see the road clearly, I ran out around the front of the parked bus. As I crossed, a car that was overtaking it hit me. The driver had no way of seeing me until I was right in his path.

Both of us must have charmed lives. No broken bones, just cuts and bruises.
