If your website has been possibly made inactive and family lobby is not accepting your personal e-mail address and you are using the right e-mail address....what do you do to get to your website. Tech. Support said for me to click forget but I still can't get to my website b/c family lobby is not taking my e-mail address to reset my password to my website.

very frustrated and need help asap.

Your website was either deleted by request or your email address is different and you entered the wrong URL.

We do not delete sites without a request being made by an administrator.
