I recently read to that the cost of a dog from puppy to age 12 is nearly $30, 000!!! Ouch!

I honestly don't know how any average family can afford to put their kids through college if they haven't planned for it from day one of that baby entering the world. Here's a list of state grants that are available. http://www.collegescholarships.org/grants/state.htm
