anyone reading anything worth sharing??

I am about 60% through Lynn Toler's book, My Mother's Rules: A Practical Guide to Becoming an Emotional Genius.  I am really enjoying it.  I find I use a lot of these techniques in my own life, but also there are some new ones I think I'm going to try.

I also just got a children's book that I think is really cute, My Princess Boy by Cheryl Kilodavis.  I saw an interview of the family on TV and then bought the book.  it has stirred a little controversy here and there, but what doesn't these days?

I'm reading Infinite Quest by John Edward and it is so good! I'm thoroughly enjoying it. The book teaches you how to make the most of your intuition and create positive change. You can read an article by him that mentions it here

I am so bad at reading, I try and try but nothing interests me. I read the Janet Evanovich series, but that's it.

I don't think I have read Janet Evanovich, Christine?  is it mystery?

I finished up My Mother's Rules (very good), read Saint Training (eh) by Elizabeth Fixmer and now I am working on Migraines for Dummies - lol

Some day you're going to write me reviews of all these books you read for my site, diane. I could do with some guest book reviewers.  Christine, I don't know that name either.

Great! Just send me them when you do and add a bio if you want for the bottom. I'd just need it on the first one and can copy it across after that. You can have a link or two in the bio too to your own blog/site/Facebook/Twitter and small pic.

Chris, you're very welcome to do that too of course. I'm sorry I didn't think to mention that at the time. I was lying in bed thinking last night I should have made that clear when I posted to diane. You have so much going on I didn't really think you'd be interested but then last night I thought maybe you'd welcome the distraction. I would love it if you could but there's no pressure at all. Amazing where my mind wanders at 3am eh. :)

do you have a specific genre, Kay?  lately I've been getting quite a bit of young adult on my kindle for free - which is nice in my house, but generates only a handful of interested parties - lol

Nope, no specifics at all. The more variety, the better. In fact that would be nice to have since I don't have any YA ones. Just whatever takes your fancy, including YA, is fine. :)Thanks!

Spooky. I saw a video about this book just the other day and it crossed my mind you would like it. I was going to mention it and it went right out my head.I would be terrified of those waves!

The book is awesome though! It talks about all the different aspects of them, like how they affect islands, global warming etc. It really is amazing!!
