I remember having a pinafore type style one that was full length and being so proud of it LOL. You wore a kind of high necked top under it, can't think what you'd call that neckline now..not a polo neck but about half the height of that. It was polyester of course, small white flower pattern on a dark green background, and my sister had the same thing in brown. My mom got us them for my big cousin's wedding. They are so long though it's easy to trip on them.
